Need Help...Looking for schools

Hi Stacy,

I know this may seem like a joke to you due to my bad grades that I am even asking this, but I guess I'm looking for more of a reassurance that I will have a school to go to in the future

I have a GPA of 2.3 from University of Toronto, Major in Econ/Stats Minor in Math.
I recently did the GMAT and received 540.
I have no full time work experience yet, I don't plan on applying any time soon.

I was wondering if you could suggest any good mba schools to apply to with those grades, that I may have a chance to get into.

I am fully aware that I can take, and probably should take the GMAT again, but considering my experience, the time I have spent preparing, and just the overall faith that I have in myself is so low, that I don't see myself getting a GMAT score that will be any better.

I definitely appreciate your advice and help

Dear David,

There are schools out there for you. What you need to focus on now is obtaining a job, excelling in that career path, and building a strong resume and skill set. You want to gain quality professional experience to balance out your numbers and demonstrate your quantitative aptitude. When the time comes for you to apply, then you will have a sense of what type of program (full-time v. part-time), what your career goals are, and what your complete profile is to determine your target list of schools.

Remember--one step at a time and stay positive!

I'm going to take the GMAT again in a few months, and then take it one step at a time from there.
