Q- It is well known in the supermarket industry that how items are placed on shelves and the frequency of inventory tunovers can be crucial to profits.

a-the frequency of inventory tunovers can be

b-the frequency of inventory tunovers is often

c-the frequency with which the inventory turns over is often

d-how frequently is the inventory turned over are often

e-how frequently the inventory turnes over can be

how to choose between d and e..

in D items is not llel to inventory turned over
whereas in E items (noun)is llel to inventory turns over(noun)
Still working on my dreams best part is I have not achieved one yet !!!!!

Only d and e appears parallel.

first part, how items are --> how + subject

D should be eliminated because 'is' is placed between how and the subject (inventory turnover) violating parallelism.

Hence E.
