Profile Eval for European schools

I'm planning on applying to INSEAD, IE and RMS.

My profile:

GMAT 730 (q47/v42)
Undergrad: BSc Computer Science with minor in math GPA roughly 3.2 (with very high math grades, but a few computer science courses weighing down my GPA)
Work experience: 4 years in IT (mainly QA, but also did some consulting, sales and training), 1 year (by the time I apply) of volunteer work in Africa with VSO as an IT advisor for a government ministry, also some experience in teaching/running educational programs.
Career goals: area of sustainable business management

How does my profile look for the listed schools? My GPA is not great but I think my GMAT balances it out. I also don't have amazing work experience but I have very clearly defined goals for what I want to do with my MBA.

One other problem I have is getting good references. I'm working on getting some but I think it might be problematic.
