Looking for guidance from veterans in the field.
Just finished with GMAT first time and scored 640 (74th percentile). Got 83rd percentile in verbal and 50th in quant.
I am an international business professional having travelled to more than 50 countries worldwide. I have spent more than 17years in industry and currently heading a large real estate firm's sales and marketing operations in india.
I am planning to pursue PhD in Strategy - IB focus from either Richard Ivey, LBS or Indiana Kelley.
Almost all of them look for at least 75th percentile in both sections of gmat. I am not sure if this requirement can be relaxed for an unconventional candidate like me who would like to join academics leaving pritty successful career in field.
If I do not apply this time, might have to wait for another year for 2013 intake.
Please advise.
