If x is positive

If x is positive which of the following is correct ordering of 1/x, 2x, and x^2

I. x^2, 2x, 1/x
II. x^2, 1/x, 2x
III. 2x, x^2, 1/x

A. None
B. I only
C. III only
D. I & II only
E. I, II & III

Ans is A

It is not possible to determine the order. First of all it does not mention if the numbers should be sorted in a descending manner or ascending.

Even if it means smallest to largest, ordering them is not possible.

You get a diff order if you take x=1/10, x=1 and x=2

X is positive means it may be 1, 2, 3, .... or fractions also

SO the right choice is A

I had chosen None option as well, but it is not correct. The question is from GMAT Prep, so hopefully source is correct.
