idiom focus on is correct.

usage:

focus on someone or something. For e.g. I focused on the flower and pressed the shutter release. I focused on Fred and snapped just as he moved.

While not an Idiom, the rare scenario where focused at works.

You have to be focused at work. here the usage is just focused and the at is attached to work.
