You can certainly get into the Top (12-30) range provided you showcase yourself well. You have to be confident in reasoning the GMAT score being towards the lower end.
Middle 80% range GMAT score of any college gives a good understanding of the scores at which a candidate can have a probabilistic measure of his scores being ok for a college.
For Fisher it is From: 600 to: 720.
GMAT is a quantitative measure of your academic capabilities but B Schools, now ,definitely look beyond that. And as I always say, find the other factors which make them accept you. Get checked whether are you having the armory in your overall profile, if the answer is affirmative, sit down, refine and match. If not, fortify.
