Hello All,

Hope all are pink and doing good.

I have done my MBA(HR)at ICFAI Business School - Bangalore, class of 2008, after doing my B.Tech(EEE). Prior to my MBA, i got placed in Software company as Functional Consultant, initially promised to offer me HR profile. I have been working in that company till date as Functional Consultant, but with no job satisfaction. Due to this, i have been doing researches on HR subjects and was in tune to HR related news and activities. Apart from that with the zeal of Entrepreneurship, Founded an Educational Startup catering into Networking based education. Recently part of TATA Jagriti Yatra, traveled 10,000 kms all over India, doing research on Social Entrepreneurship in the fields of Education, Health, Agriculture, Tourism etc.

Planning to MBA at ISB in Entrepreneurship & Leadership. Please do suggest me your views.
