Targetting Verbal Scaled Score 40+

by tallynik » Fri Nov 21, 2008 8:49 am
I am targetting a verbal scaled score of 40.
Need your help to do reach my goals.

I have been practising using the sets(Set 1-30).
Range of correct Q is 29-34. No fixed pattern, once I got first Q wrong.
Another time 2/3 in a row in first 10 and sometime 1 /2 wrong in first 20.

If you have used the sets to practise could you give an indicator what is range of scaled score. I understand its dependent on number of difficult question, but user of the "Sets" would be aware of difficulty of Q's hence I am expecting some predictions.

This is my 3rd and final attempt at GMAT hence I am overly skeptical.
In my previous attempt(1 yr ago) I did score in 730-750 range in practise but only managed 660 in final test. My verbal came crashing down to 28 I guess.

Hence based on my scores on the "Sets" need your help to understand where do I stand?
Thanks For Your Help
