Need Suggestions

by shekhar.kataria » Tue Oct 19, 2010 5:55 am
Hie all

I am just a starter and really interested in knowing what to do after OG. As of now I have completed OG 12 and OG 11.

I am little confused what to start with... i have got that soft copy of 1000 SC's , 1000 CR by power score. But confused that is it right to continue with 1000 question series or should i change the material.

If you feel that i should change the source, please guide further.

Looking forward for your valuable suggestions. Many thanks in advance.

shekhar,

Usually we ll start the basics and move to OG guide.

Did u study the basic concepts of SC and CR?Did you use any books for SC and CR?

First take a mock test from GMATPREP sw and check where ur standing now.Analyse ur weak areas and move on accordingly.

1000 SC& CR are not reliable documents. If u need more practice u can purchase OG quant review and verbal review.

The below are the books u need to master the concepts.

SC-Manhattan SC guide.

CR-Powerscore Bible

Quant-OG guide,OG quant review.

Verbal-OG verbal review.

If u need to know the reliable books, check the below link

Let me know if u need to know anything else.We would be glad to help!!

Thanks for the quick response.

I have read the Manhattan SC guide and the Powers core CR bible and have also done OG 12 but i am still to go for a GMAT prep.

What i have realized after doing OG is that i need to enhance my speed drastically. This may be a problem because of not having English as my native language. Now as you have suggested , so i am sure i will go for a Prep test this weekend.

Thanks again.
