Hi,
I have taken GMAT thrice and i got the following scores

I am concerned that admission committee will be worried about my multiple scores. My undergrad GPA is 3.6 (Economics)
3 years work experience
i am a minority
Age :24 yrs.
GMAT: Male
I am targeting top Harvard,Northwestern,Duke and University of Michigan
what do you think about my profile?

Hi L,
That is a pretty significant jump! Make sure you address this gap in your optional essay (where you can highlight any weakness/areas of concern in your application). AdCom will want to know why there is such a difference in scores.

Regarding your competitiveness for the schools listed below, its very difficult to say, as much of the decision is based on your work experience, essays, LORs, ECs, interview, etc.

You might want to check out Veritas Prep's School Selector Tool. Its a quick and fun way to get a sense of what schools you might be competitive for.
