Find the flaw question, actually name the logic flaw question.

Conclusion:
Ban tiger hunting -> improve tiger's survival.

Before analysing the answers find the flaws in logic.
1. Hunting is the only reason?
2. Ban legislation will lead to correct implementation of this legislation?

Answers
A. hmmm... tempting, but weak. looks like the flaw #2. Keep it
B. we speak about tigers
C. hit rate is irrelevant
D. totally irelevant
E. Actually, flaw #1. Take it

Between A and E E is better because it is more exhaustive, more general, while A is very narrow.

What is OA?

In simple term, the passage says

If Ban is enforced, then Tiger would survive.

E looks better.
