Not sure about the top consulting schools but here are the top U.K. business schools, which are probably very similar:

1. London
2. Cambridge: Judge
3. Oxford: Said
4. Lancaster
5. Manchester
6. Cranfield

Thanks for the reply.
From my research, Oxford and Lancaster are very prominent in Finance. Cambridge and Cranfield are good in Consulting. London is good in any area.
However, there is a big BUT...
The fact that LBS is good in all areas makes me to remind a proverb of Frederick 2 of Prussia: "To defend everywhere is to defend nowhere"... Though probably I am mostly unhappy with the fee. �
Manchester has strange statistics: 29% of graduates do general management, 22% do consulting and 13% finance, but about 37% of all graduates work in financial sector, 20% in consulting and 13% in manufacturing and engineering...
