Hi Lisa,
I didn't have any extracurricular activities (sports or clubs) while I was in college. During my undergrad (engineering), I focused on research. I worked with several different professors and post-docs, and completed several research projects with them. My research activities were voluntary, and I was the one that initiated discussion with professors about my interests in research.
I would like to know whether my research could be considered extracurricular activities. If not, will lacking of extracurricular activities have negative impact on my application?
Thanks a lot,
And thanks for reply to my early posting,
L
