Business schools - pls suggest some

Hi,

I am currently looking for some business schools to apply

i have currently shortlisted
aim, manila
nus, singapore
nanyang, singapore

i am also looking into iuj, japan

can anyone of you pls suggest some good business schools

the school should have
1) good reputation and its mba should be valued
2) looking for a course which is less than 2 years
3) budget is a concern, looking for around 45 - 50,000 USD max
4) prefer to work in korea or other asian countries

personal profile
1) will have 3 yr work ex by oct 2008
2) good acads
3) min. extra curricular activities, most of them in local community and a little bit of inter college festivals
4) working in IT, good team management skills, will get good reference both from client and present manager

pls provide some information

Hi Barron,

To narrow down your choices, it is important also to identify your post graduation plans. Do you want to go into finance, marketing, investment banking, entrepreneurship, etc? This is the main factor that will determine the right school for you.

I would recommend looking at a publications like US News and Word Report's annual MBA guide. It will break schools out by discipline, tell you about MBA programs that are good values, let you know which programs are under two years, etc.

I think you will get the most value out of reviewing such a guide yourself, so that you are aware of all of your options and weigh what is most important to you as you create your list of target schools.
