What applicant pool am I in?

I have a clinical background as a Radiology Tech, a BS in Finance and I work in Healthcare IT as a project manager? My ethnicity is Indian but I'm born and raised in Chicago. Do I fall into the Indian in IT applicant pool? Or since my Bachelors is in Business with a Finance concentration do I fall into the Business applicant pool? Is there even a healthcare background candidate pool?

Luckily you can CHOOSE which pool you fall into. Meaning you COULD fall into the IT pool, but I would rather suggest presenting yourself as a Healthcare fella. You can do this by tweaking your focus and your goals in your essays.
