This is an Og-10 question. The OA is E.
This can be simply solved by applying subject verb agreement :
Subject : Declining values ( plural)
Main verb should be in plural form : are
left with D and E.
As per the original meaning - the collateral consists of both farm equipment and land.
in D : "which" refer to land only , but collateral consists of both farm equipment and land and not land alone.
Hope this helps !!
