"concerned with" is the right idiom..

u can find a excellent list of idioms in " beat the gmat resources"..!!!

Peculiar usages of concern

1. Concerned with -related to

2. Concern for-when you are worried about something.

I would personally recommend to spend your time economically and effectively on idioms.
