Asian-American Male, 24 yrs old
Undergrad GPA: 2.8 from UCLA in Physiological Sciences
GMAT: 700 (44 Quant 40 Verbal) 6.0 AWA
Work Exp: Worked all through college as a personal trainer, full-time starting my junior year of college, which is an extenuating circumstance I address in my optional essays.
Post-undergrad work Exp: 2.5 years full-time as a personal fitness trainer while also working after hours to co-found a startup web-based business reselling imported goods from Asia. The business has grown markedly, but is still small. Currently no longer training and working full-time out of the office we've recently set up for our importing business.
Extracurriculars: Various ethnic clubs in college, no marked leadership positions. Post-undergrad involvement in non-profit public speaking organizations. Fluent in English and Korean.
Aim: To seek the fundamental skills necessary to proliferate my entrepreneurial drive.
Point in Short: Unique profile.
Schools I've applied to are ranked between 15-30, according to the new Bweek rankings. Hopefully these are realistic choices, as I have no "safety" school.
I've interviewed at a few schools already.
Thank you for your time in advance, I really admire what your company does for people.
