Is 660 on Gmat good to get through Wharton?

Could you let me know if I could get through Wharton with a GMAT of 660 (V 35 74%, Q 46 77%, overall 83%)?

Education:
B.Tech Civil Engineering, GPA 3.9
MS Civil & Environmental Engineering GPA 3.8

Experience:
5 years of environmental consulting experience at various civil, enviornmental, and constructoin companies in US. Predominantly designed, implemented, and troubleshooted remediation systems to clean up contaminated sites and aquifers. Working towards establishing an environmental consulting business in the near future.

Lots of community involvement and volunteer activities with varoius organizations.

Dear ksrinivas80,

Maybe. You won't know unless you apply. Your GMAT is on the low end for Wharton, so it is a negative for you (especially your Quant score being below 50). However, you have good academic performance and interesting work experience. It is really hard to comment beyond that without seeing your application. The quality of your work experience, your career progression and leadership in your tenure are all critical elements.

If you feel you could score higher on the GMAT, it might be worth delaying your application to try to increase your score at least 20 points. Beyond that, you would need to present a compelling, interesting application that gives the admissions committee a reason to offer you a seat.
