HELLO MADAM,
THIS IS SENORITA . I READ ALL THE FORUMS ABOUT HBS 2+2
AND FOUND MYSELF ELIGIBLE FOR THE SAME. I HAVE SOME DOUBTS IN MIND
WHICH I WISH TO REVEL TO YOU.THE UNIVERSITY I AM STUDDING IS NOT SO FAMOUS
AND MY GPA COMES OUT TO BE VERY LOW (3.1 OUT OF 4.0)
MY QUESTION IS THAT SHOULD I DO SOME DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES THAT WILL
INCREASE MY GPA? DOES HARVARD PROVIDE THAT FACILITY?
IS THERE ANY WAY TO IMPROVE MY GPA ?
YOUR HELP WOULD DEFINITELY MEAN A LOT !!!

I'm glad to hear that you are interested in HBS 2+2, as it presents a unique opportunity for younger candidates to plan their management education in advance.

As to your question, it's hard to offer you advice without just a bit more detail with regards to your profile. While a 3.1 GPA is a bit low in the abstract, some of this really depends on where you are going to school (in the USA, in Europe, Latin America, Asia?), the difficulty of the program you are attending, the difficulty of your major, etc. If you can furnish this information in a follow-up post, it would help me to better understand your situation.

I should also add that your GPA will be combined with other factors (GMAT, leadership experience, internship experiences, recommendations, etc) to make an admissions decision. As such, you will want to be sure that you are evaluating all of these aspects.

Finally, if it turns out that your GPA remains a serious concern, my first advice is to do VERY well as you finish out your undergraduate experience. If you are only a junior in college, you still have a fair amount of time to improve your overall GPA (or at least show an upward trend).
