I am confident that you could be successful applying to a top 25 school. Which schools you apply to should depend on your goals - why are you going back to school? What type of culture, size, geographic location are you looking for? In terms of your "chances" - while there is nothing wrong with the profile you have submitted here, there is little that differentiates you. You need to think about your goals, interests and what unique qualities you have to contribute to a program. The more you can come up with along those lines, the more success you will have with the more highly ranked programs.
