Princeton Review CAT -- Verbal Scoring

by Stockmoose16 » Wed Nov 05, 2008 9:32 pm
Has anyone else experienced issues with Princeton Review's scoring mechanism on their verbal CAT?

I just took their free test and got 36/41 verbal questions correct, including 21 in a row. I only missed consecutive questions once. At the end of the test, the CAT said I only scored a 40 (91st percentile). A few days ago, I took the GMAT prep and only missed 5 questions and scored a 46 (99th percentile). Why would there be such a significant difference in the scoring mechanisms?
