Healthcare experience of over 6 years

Extra Curricular : worked for establishing a non-profit group for retirees to solve their issues
other non-important things like - represented college in sports and other competitions

Question -
Can I get into Stanford or Wharton?
Is it worth joining fulltime program at my age?
Wharton Healthcare is that a good option for career?

It is impossible to say whether or not you will get in a school as I don't know what the rest of the applicant pool looks like and I have not read your overall application. What I can tell you is you appear to have the foundation to be competitive at these schools; what will make the difference to get in will be how well you put together your application package. You will need to distinguish yourself from other similar applicants and convey a solid rationale for how a MBA fits into your future career goals. Likewise, only you know if the health care option at Wharton makes sense for you in terms of your future career aspirations. In terms of your age, you are not too old for a full-time program. If you want to make a significant career change, then a full-time program makes the most sense. If you are not wanting to make a significant career change, then a part-time or executive program will also be a good match for you.
