Hello Lisa,

You mentioned in one of your posts that one could get their marks converted to GPAs through private agencies such as 'World Evaluation Services' and 'Global Credential Evaluators'

Most of the schools do not have a specific grid format to convert the undergraduate marks/percentage to GPA.
So is it safe to assume that the reports sent by the agency to such schools would be accepted
Or is it better to ask/confirm with each school before contacting the evaluating agency?

Please suggest.

Thank You,
Mannu

Dear Mannu,

Most schools accept an evaluation from either of these agencies; I am not aware of any that do not as these are two most respected and best known evaluation services. You can always check with each school individually just to be sure, but I think either will work fine for you.

Good luck,
Lisa
