The ideal location to join in a B.Tech biotechnology degree is definitely in LPU. Placements: LPU ensures that every student has the opportunity to gain from the variety of opportunities that the vast area of biotech provides. The majority of students have jobs at honourable businesses, and juniors and seniors may communicate. Excellent placement-based practise exams are also available. Infrastructure: I'll be honest; the first year I spent living in a hostel was the happiest year of my life. LPU claims that bullying and ragging are unheard of on campus and that seniors are typically nice individuals. I advise everyone to stay in a hostel for at least a year. Faculty: Whether exams are given in person or online, they are all designed to ensure that students are prepared for the job. No test is especially challenging as long as you pay attention in class. The instructor is really helpful. Other: Students have several opportunities to display and cultivate their extracurricular abilities. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or CUET.

LPU ranked 50th in Engineering stream , as per Ministry of education government of India , amongst private & government universities under NIRF.
B.tech biotechnology programme articulates the concepts from basic science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects pertaining to biotechnology for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place.
The eligibility criteria is - Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST*.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.

I hope this helps, Thank you .
