Dear Aspirant,

With an MSc in physics, you would have options for an MTech degree are MTech in EE, MTech in ECE, M. Tech Remote Sensing, M.E. Avionics, M. Tech Nano-Science and Technology, MTech Embedded systems, MTech material sciences, etc. will be specializations for which you will be eligible.

One of my friends did MTech in ECE from LPU after the completion of an MSc in Physics. To get admission to MTech in ECE at LPU, you should have passed with 60% aggregate marks in B.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering or Telecommunication) or MSc (Physics with Electronics as specialization) or equivalent.

I hope this helps

There are many specializations in MTech like MTech environmental engineering, MTech computer science engineering, MTech mechanical engineering, MTech electrical engineering, etc.If you are looking for industry-oriented academics, practical-based curriculum, professional corporate culture during college life itself, and better placement in any fortune company, then Lovely Professional University- LPU is totally worth it.
