What is the value of |x + 7| =?
(1) |x + 3|= 14
(2) (x + 2)^2 = 169

IMO C,

From option 1, x can be 11 or -17
From option 2, x can be 11 or -15

Therefore 1 and 2 combined x=11, Hence sufficient
