Is this sentence correct?

Is the following sentence correct?

"A Position in a results oriented company, which seeks an ambitious and career conscious person whose acquired skills are utilized towards continued growth and advancement."

the first half makes sense but the second half is too complicated i guess..

it is not a complete sentence.
It has just two phrases.

The first part is a phrase, and the second part just contains two dependent clauses introduced by two pronouns 'which' and 'whose'. It is an incomplete sentence.

This has a subject and no verb or predicate.
