plz help me

i have taken GMAT twice and each time i ended up with a bad score. i took some prep tests and my score varied in the range from 640 to 680. but on actual GMAT(2nd time) i got 550 as my score. the break up was 49 in maths and 19 in english. plz help me out. i want to take it once more. :oops:

i dont know... my verbal score on prep tests varied from 23 to 34.

Other than practice exams, how did you study for the verbal section?
