The OA is C
Given that y = 3x + 6 and y = –2x – 4, we have 3x + 6 = –2x – 4 => x = –2

Thus, from y = 3x + 6 and x = – 2, we have y = 0.

The correct answer: C

The OA is C
We can set the right hand side of the two equations equal to each other (since they are both equal to y):

3x + 6 = -2x - 4

5x = -10

x = -2

We see that x = -2 must be the x-coordinate of the intersection point, and since only choice C has -2 as the x-coordinate, it must be the correct answer.

Answer: C
