A. \(\frac{7cdx}{100}\)
B. \(d+\frac{7cx}{100}\)
C. \(7d+\frac{xc}{100}\)

Since each delivered item costs c/100 dollars, the total weekly delivery cost of delivering x items per day, plus the d dollar delivery charge per delivery is 7(d + (c/100) * x) = 7d + 7cx/100 dollars.
