Them is the objective form of THEY
Those is the plural form of THAT just like These is the plural of THIS.

Them and Those may seem similar to the 'ear' but think about them in 2 different sentences:
The larger companies continue to blah blah blah. THEY have more than $100B in revenue.
and The larger companies continue to blah blah blah. THOSE have more than $100B in revenue.
Does the second construction still sound same? I think first is much more direct.
Moreover, This/That/These/Those are demonstrative pronouns. They are normally used to point out something. Notice how they comes naturally, even in my last sentence.
