I believe it can be inferred from the paragraph that Self expression can be nonviolent but not nonaggressive.

B --> Self Exp is Non-Agressive (Not stated in the argu... there is no way you can infer that self agression = non-agression)

D--> can be inferred from the argu...because it claerly states that only incertain conditions ppl are violent (because of culture0..hence in other cases they must be non-violent

Since violence is a subset of aggression (as indicated by the first sentence of the excerpt), there may indeed be possibility that sufficient self expression is aggressive (but not violent). Hence, B is the answer.
