x+(x+1)+(x+2)+.....+(x+10) / 11 = ?

The question is basically asking for value of x

statement (1)
x+(x+1)+(x+2)+.....+(x+8) / 9 = 7
You can easily find the value of x. Sufficient.

statement (2)
(x+2)+(x+3)+.....+(x+10) / 9 = 9
You can easily find the value of x. Sufficient.

Thus, D is the answer.
