All Physicians should have been informed of new the new regulations by the OSHO representatives.

The Manhattan SC says this is correct. Is this not in passive voice?


I believe the below sentence is right.

The OSHO representatives should have informed all the physicians of the new regualations

Can someone pls explain

I think the sentence is having an idiom error.

as "informed about" is the correct idiom usage instead of "Informed of "

Also, I can anyway change it to
