A: to sell...standardize...and to predict
D: to sell...take...and to predict

In each of these options, the verb form in red is not parallel with the surrounding infinitives in blue.
Eliminate A, D and E.

Here, the two VERBing modifiers in red cannot be connected solely by a comma.
