I seriously need 760+ before December 10th.
Please suggest me a month strategy to increase V25~V35
and then V35~V45 in the other one and half month.
I am following BEATtheGMAT 60 days plan. But I think it won't suffice for the verbal uplift at the required scale. I can try to arrange any of the resources. The weekly available time is around 15 hours.
Thanks a lot!

First of all, no one "needs" a 760.
Business schools use the GMAT for 2 things:
1. to get a sense of intellectual horsepower, and a proxy for whether you're likely to do well in their program
2. to boost their rankings on US News & World Reports.
The average/median at all top 10 schools is around 720-730. Below that, you risk bringing their average down. At or above that, schools are likely to say "great, check off the high GMAT box. What else does this candidate have to offer?"
It's very unlikely that any program that would reject you with a 720 would accept you with a 760. A 40pt difference from 680 to 720 makes a substantial difference, but once you're at/above the median/average, incremental differences matter less, very broadly speaking. A higher GMAT might not actually make much difference at all. (Unless you're planning to work for Manhattan Prep, and then we'd require a 760+!) If you have a 770 GMAT score, but a low GPA and resume that shows no initiative or leadership... you're not going to get into a top school. The GMAT score alone won't get you in. On the other hand, if you have a very impressive resume but a lower GMAT score, you might be able to get into a top school. Schools can overlook the GMAT if they have enough other data points to believe that you'd be an asset.
Secondly: your 1st CAT reveals very little about where you'll end up.
This forum is full of advice and study guides for how to boost your score. You'll need a lot of practice - with strategy guides, with the OG, with multiple CATs - before you start to see improvement.
Here is the study plan I recommend:
