Avanti,

Things seem to be in place for you. Your GMAT is a little low, but it will not be a deal breaker at ISB.
Ofcourse the adcom would wish to know what you have done at work- how has your career progressed in the past 7 years, what kind of experiences and achievements have you accumulated?

It will also be important to address why you want an MBA at this point in your career.
