Increasing or broadening access to higher education is not the only reason for students enrolling in online programs, especially when we talk about distance learning. The main catalyst has been the improvement in the quality of learning. There are mainly 2 ways to enhance the quality of learning. One is to equip students with higher learning goals so that more students are enabled to achieve the same goal. For example, if seventy-five students will pass an MCQs based exam with average grade ranking of 75% and when the same scenario is implemented in the online learning 80% of the students ranked around 80% grades then it shows that online learning has improved the quality of learning. National Valley University offers online degree programs that assess students whenever a student claims they are ready for examination, the students track their own progress to review and perform better in next courses.

Online learning has enabled students to self-assess themselves, MCQs based standardized testing format and ample time to learn enables a student to perform way better than he/she does in a traditional classroom. Academic scholars and experts claim that learning outcome of online students is no less than traditional students although better results were achieved by online learners. National Valley University believes that enabling a student to choose their own pace and rate of learning fulfills their learning motivation and makes them independent learners. When students set their own learning pace, according to their individual learning needs, they are more self-driven and motivated than those who follow a set standardized pace for all.

Until recently, the higher education was only limited to rich and filthy students as the expense of getting into a reputable college was beyond imagination for students belonging to the middle class or poor families. 50% of students who graduated from schools never made it to any college or university due to financial issues. Since the boost of online education, the enrollment in higher education has tremendously increased. Traditional campuses have limited seats and boarding facility, which is also an obstacle because not every application is entertained. Lectures in large halls make it highly difficult for the teachers to connect with students individually. Online education also provides ease to teachers and in an online domain, the teacher is able to connect with students better and cater to their learning differences individually.

National Valley University provides its students and teachers, amazing communication platform where they can collaborate more and interact frequently in order to improve learning outcomes.
