Though there is an overabundance of Indian males in the current MBA applicant pool, your background and aspirations are unique enough to differentiate you from others. Your academics, GMAT, and work experience are very strong. Any extracurricular activities and/or community service would also be useful in showing that you are a well-rounded individual. When writing your essays, highlight any experience or post MBA plans that are unique to you. Your essays are your opportunity to stand out from the crowd and discuss the qualities that will make you an asset to an MBA class.

Both Berkeley and Stanford would be suitable for your entrepreneurial focus. I don't know whether Berkeley's part-time is any less competitive than its full-time program however you really should consider what fits into your lifestyle and the time frame in which you want to complete your degree.
