This is a perfect example of why you should always post your sources. This is a poorly written question, and the OA as posted does not adhere to parallelism (and is generally pretty awkward).

Other students would benefit from knowing which sources are GMAT-like and which are not! Please tell us where you found this question.

Unfortunately this is one of a number of un-GMAT-like questions from this source that I've seen posted in this forum. I would strongly advice staying away from sources that publish un-GMAT-like material.

I also must awkwardly point out once again that this resource is *not* to be confused with Manhattan Prep (aka Manhattan GMAT), who are consistently the most recommended GMAT resource.
