Chances of call from ISB

Dear Admin/Team,

I would like to know the possibility of getting a call from ISB hyderabad with below details:

X: 91.2%
XII: 95.8%
Graduation: 82% (BTech ECE from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Delhi)
Work Experience: 2 years (Ericsson Global India Pvt Ltd)

I have actively participated and won in various activities and events in college and school level. Have won various Debate Competitions, Essay writing competitions at school level. In the college I was involved in organising the college technical and cultural fest. Have anchored various programmes at school, college and in Ericsson as well.

I have received the star of the month award twice and Ericsson Power Award within 8 months of joining Ericsson due to the commitment and responsibility towards the work. Due to the proactiveness and ability to learn quickly and handle escalation, I am working as team lead to various trainees in Ericsson now.

Please suggest if I hold chances to get an interview call with the above profile, if I manage to get a good GMAT score with just 2 years of work ex?

I'd love to help you out but without more info it's gonna be hard. Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.
