The Emperor Augustus, it appears, commissioned an idealized sculpture portrait, the features of which are
so unrealistic as to constitute what one scholar calls an "artificial face."
(A) so unrealistic as to constitute
(B) so unrealistic they constituted
(C) so unrealistic that they have constituted
(D) unrealistic enough so that they constitute
(E) unrealistic enough so as to constitute

The correct usage here is "so as to". Hence we can eliminate B, C, and D.

Between A and E, E is wordy and awkward because it says "unrealistic enough so as to constitute". It would have been a better contender if it said "unrealistic enough to constitute."

So the answer should be A.

What is the OA?

OA - A.

I remember reading 'so as to' is wrong,Hence i chose C.But C contains 'have constituted' --which is wrong.
