Who is grading the essays at oversea test centers?

I will be taking the GMAT in Hong Kong. Does that imply my AWA essays will be evaluated by somebody in Hong Kong? I am asking this because I want to make sure I am quoting the right examples in my AWA essays to address the correct audience.

Thanks!

The essay would first be rated by the software and then by a person. In today's world of process migrations, it would not be possible for anyone to find out where the person would be from. I dont remember to have read anything official on this.
Wish you good luck
