Before I can offer you the specific advice that you're looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What materials have you used?
3) What was your exact score on this CAT (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
4) Did you answer ALL of the questions on this CAT or did you leave any questions unanswered?

Goals:
5) What is your goal score?
6) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
7) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
8) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

Hello, my qualification B.E. mechanical 66% and am currently doing buisness,
1,studied for 1 month
2, material used was og 2016
3, practice test score 310 ( wrong ans 15 in quants and 31 in verbal )
4, I left 2 quest in quants
5, aim was to get 600+
6, thinking to take real gmat by Dec16
7, 2017 fall
8, target was to get in babson buisness school or northeastern university.

Many Test Takers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so it's likely that you just have not put in enough time and effort yet. In addition, the OG books are great sources for practice questions, but they're not designed to teach you Tactics, patterns or the little 'secrets' behind the GMAT - to learn all of that, you'll need Course-oriented materials.

Given your goal score, you're going to have to make some big improvements to how you handle BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections. With your current Test Date, you have less than 2.5 months remaining, so you're going to have to do a lot of work in that time - so you might end up needing to push back your Test Date. Thankfully, you don't have to decide anything on that point just yet.

I use to study 3 hours in week days and 4 to 5 hours in week ends

If you can consistently study at that level without 'burning out', then you could make some big improvements in the time that you have. You would likely find it beneficial to invest in a GMAT Course of some kind (either Guided Self-Study or instructor-led). Most GMAT Companies offer some type of free materials (practice problems, Trial Accounts, videos, etc.) that you can use to 'test out' a product before you buy it. We have a variety of those resources at our site (www.empowergmat.com). I suggest that you take advantage of all of them then choose the one that best matches your personality, timeline and budget.
