What are templates to write an essay in actual GMAT??

Can any one help me know what are templates & how to use them while writing AWA section. In practice & in Actual GMAT how they differ? Pls let me know....

Princeton Review has shared a template for AWAs in it's book.
I have read a post of a person in this site who followed it and got a 6.
Guess you can follow it too.
