Age Factor

Hi Stacy,

I would like to know your opinion about age factor. I am 36 now and I am planning to apply several B schools such as Chicago, Darden, NC Chapel Hill, and Duke. Do you think my age will make me less competitive if other parts of my application are competitive.

Dear Frunzik,

While it is true you will be on the high end of the age range, I don't think that will be a negative for you. It will just be important for you to convey why you want to do a full-time program versus an executive program.
