IMO - C

C gives the reason that ppl who have bought computers would anyways have not watched TV.

E somehow seems to indicate that the TV watching time would have increased.. This is not said in the main statement..

the premise given states that even if people who own computers watch tv for a less ,still v cant predict that watchin computer reduces tv time..because the people dont own a comp spend no time on tv ..therefore

(C) makes more sense as it clearly states that computer owners are a completely seprate group who were never interested in TV viewing , so any time they spend on computer will not harm tv ratings

It clearly shows that just because you own a computer doesn't mean TV time will decline but in fact go stay level/go up since the person has more time.
