Guys again I also got confused with the statistical data. I chose B. The OA is A. Why A and how?

This has deduction written all over it. Let's start with a summary:

Common migraines - siblings and spouses of suffers 2x as likely to suffer.
Classical migraines - siblings are 4x as likely to suffer; spouses - no effect.

(A) Susceptibility to classical migraines is more dependent on hereditary factors than is susceptibility to common migraines.

You can infer that classical is passed down through the family b/c there is no effect on the spouses.

(B) Unmarried adults are more likely to suffer from classical migraines than they are to suffer from common migraines.

Eliminate - This is a different set of people..."unmarried adults". Therefore, out of scope.

(C) People who do not experience migraines headaches are unlikely to have spouses who are migraines headache suffer.

Eliminate - This is a different set of people... "people who do not experience"

(D) Children of people who have suffered from common migraines are not likely than the general population to experience a common migraine.

Eliminate for 2 reasons. (1) Children? We're talking about "siblings and spouses" and (2) This can be argued that it goes against the stimulus. People in the family are MORE likely to be affected. I would disregard (2) simply because its out of scope.

(E) Between one quarter & one half of the general population suffers from either common or classical migraine headache.

Eliminate: This is a fact statement. This has no effect on the stimulus whatsoever.
